Improve your ability to perform exercises that require balance and stillness, such as yoga, balance activities, core stabilization, and meditation. Keep the phone in your pocket or clipped onto your waist as your perform each exercise as the app provides audio feedback to indicate when you are moving too much. Your stillness score is recorded from 0-1000 to monitor your progress and motivate you to improve. A gentle chime notifies you at the beginning and end of each exercise and your lack of movement is scored within that time interval. Adjustable exercise time and delay (to allow you to get into the proper exercise position). See your balance and steadiness improve with practice as your scores go up and number of audio alerts goes down.
